2. Manage what I made.
Some projects are indeed difficult. Everyone knows that hundreds of people cannot raise funds to start a factory. So some begin to say “manage what I made”.
When one is a Boss of a project he should not use that statement. He should instead promise to solve the problem and try to do so. I don’t need to say the effects of lying.
Look around, businesses fail and that can lead to a loss of livelihood for all your underlings. Search online for the word “layoffs”, many people without the business failing lost the job.
If indeed you can’t solve the problem with what you are in charge of, seek the advice of others. And if that fails, remember prayers.
Sample of Such Foul Statements
- Please Mr Manufacturer, your desktop is too heavy. He says: Manage it.
- Mr Boss this your car moves so fast that it would lead to any accident. Please put a speed limit on your car. He says: Manage it.

I’m not saying one should not manage things. Everyone needs to manage some things and wait for there might be better days. We all know that there weren’t always touchscreens for your phones.
