We have enjoyed many action (camera + cartoons) movies. I think we should not give up quickly is what we learnt from Mission Impossible.
But we need images to prove that work has indeed happened. Especially when a regulator comes and has never worked in your workplace.
Possible Solutions
Do not take a passport photo. It won’t take long to fake it with our advanced image editing softwares. Therefore take a photo with many objects in them and with a bit of depth.
Do not trust a photo you have placed in the public domain. I generally assume it can be faked in three months even if it follows advice #1
Take many photos of the same event and keep only one in the public domain. So if a regulator asks you if a photo in the public domain is not faked, you can then bring a second photo that was taken in that event. And this second photo must not be placed in the public domain.
Don’t backup your photos on any internet service. It’s going to use a lot of network subscription and storage. I bought an external hard disk (500GB) 9 years ago by the time of this writing and it hasn’t stopped working. Though it is not an SSD. I could use that to calculate the true cost of storing large files in any internet service.
Please apply all of them.
